Job Description

 

  • Schedule customer appointments via various channels.

  • Allocate engineers to meet the scheduled dates and times; immediately notify customers in case of unforeseen circumstances.

  • Provide customers with a detailed explanation of findings from inspection and maintenance work.

  • Inspect departmental tools and equipment to ensure they are always in ready-to-use condition.

  • Maintain the organization and tidiness of the department.

  • Provide company support in terms of documentation, services, and other various tasks.

  • Coordinate with customers via telephone or at designated locations.

  • Assist and provide accurate information to customers.

  • Establish and maintain high standards and satisfaction in the company’s services.


Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree or higher  in Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Physics & Medical Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline is strongly preferred.

  • A minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in the technical service field within the medical device, scientific instrument, or healthcare technology sector is essential. 

  •  Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with diverse groups, including technical staff, internal sales teams, hospital administrators, and clinical customers.

  • Strong English language skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with international partners.

  •  Willingness and ability to travel upcountry.
