Overview
We are looking for an experienced Head of HRBP who will be a key member of the senior leadership team., responsible for translating business strategy into impactful people and organizational strategies. This role demands a forward-looking HR leader with strong strategic thinking, commercial insight, and proven capability to influence at the executive level.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead the HRBP team to provide strategic and operational HR support across all business units.
- Drive initiatives in organization design, workforce planning, and leadership development.
- Advise management on transformation, change management, and organizational effectiveness.
- Oversee talent management and performance programs to build a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with Group HR on rewards, analytics, and capability development initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights and solutions on people and organizational matters.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior HRBP/Head HRBP role.
- Proven track record in driving strategic HR initiatives with senior leadership.
- Preferably with consulting experience (HR transformation, org design, or strategy).
- If no consulting background, must have strong strategic HR exposure in current role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Deep knowledge of org design, talent strategy, and change management.
- High business acumen and analytical thinking.
- Fluent in English (oral & written) for coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in financial services or investment group is a strong plus.
