Job Description

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth execution of retail activities.

  • Lead and coach a team of 10 (6–8 sales staff, 2 part-time stock assistants, and 1 operations support).

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through service excellence and strong brand storytelling.

  • Manage sales performance, inventory control, and store presentation to align with HQ brand standards.

  • Provide local market insights and localization recommendations to the headquarters team.

  • Collaborate closely with operations support to maintain workflow efficiency and reporting accuracy.

  • Build team culture, train staff, and nurture brand ambassadors for long-term brand success.


Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in store management within luxury or premium retail

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with hands-on retail floor experience.

  • Service-oriented mindset with high brand awareness and market insight.

  • Fluent in English; Mandarin or Thai proficiency is a plus.

  • Preference for candidates who have directly managed a team (not promoted internally from sales).
