Job Description

  • Lead strategic planning, procurement, warehousing, and logistics.

  • Implement digital supply chain tools to enhance agility and efficiency.

  • Optimize vendor management and sourcing strategies for product innovation and export readiness.

  • Oversee multi-site production facilities for bakery, syrup, and premix powder.

  • Establish and lead Engineering & Maintenance teams to drive automation and future expansion.

  • Champion lean manufacturing, sustainability, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Lead QA/QC teams to ensure compliance with international food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000).

  • Develop scalable quality systems to support ODM/OEM partnerships and export certifications.

  • Prepare for global audits and customer-specific requirements.

  • Translate CEO’s vision into operational strategies and measurable outcomes.

  • Align operations with commercial, R&D, and market expansion goals.

  • Mentor and develop operational leaders, building a high-performance culture.

 


Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Food Science, or Business Administration.

  • Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience in food manufacturing or FMCG, ideally in ODM or export-oriented businesses.

  • Proven success in scaling operations and managing multi-site facilities.
