Job Description

  • Lead product development projects produced through ODM partners, ensuring formulation accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand expectations.

  • Develop and adapt beverage formulations in close collaboration with external manufacturers.

  • Coordinate with R&D, QA/QC, and Operations teams to validate production feasibility, quality assurance, and scalability.

  • Partner with senior leadership to conceptualize and refine new product ideas, ensuring alignment with business and market strategies.

  • Conduct sensory evaluations and benchmarking to confirm ODM-produced products meet internal quality and sensory standards.

  • Oversee all technical documentation, formulations, and communications with ODM partners, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline.

  • Demonstrated experience managing beverage product development through ODM/OEM partners, including successful market launches.

  • Strong technical expertise in formulation, processing, and sensory evaluation of beverages.

  • Proven ability to translate internal quality and sensory requirements into outsourced production settings.

  • Excellent coordination and communication skills with both internal teams and external manufacturers.

  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.

  • Proficiency in both Thai and English
