Job Description

  • Lead and mentor R&D teams across bakery and beverage categories, driving technical excellence and creative innovation.

  • Oversee formulation design, ingredient selection, and sensory evaluation for all new products.

  • Collaborate with QA, QC, Production, Costing, and Executive Management to ensure innovation aligns with commercial goals and production feasibility.

  • Guide problem-solving through formulation and process optimization to enhance product performance and consistency.

  • Build a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement within the R&D organization.

  • Define and refine sensory standards to maintain the company’s premium product identity.

  • Provide strategic direction for new ingredient technologies, product platforms, and long-term innovation roadmaps.


Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.

  • 10–15 years of R&D experience within food or beverage manufacturing, including leadership of multidisciplinary teams.

  • Proven expertise in formulation, process design, and sensory development.

  • Strong track record of translating product concepts into scalable, commercially successful solutions.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

  • Passion for innovation, craftsmanship, and delivering products with outstanding sensory quality.
