Job Description
This role provides Group-level HR leadership, partnering closely with the CEO and COO to align people strategy with business objectives. The position oversees the full HR lifecycle across multiple subsidiaries, driving talent, performance, culture, and compliance in a regulated, performance-driven environment, while supporting organizational growth and change.

Act as a strategic HR partner to senior leadership on organizational design, culture, and change management.

Lead Group-wide talent acquisition and workforce planning, including succession management and internal mobility.

Oversee performance management frameworks, ensuring alignment with KPIs and fostering a high-performance culture.

Manage compensation, benefits, payroll, and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF), ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.

Drive employee relations and engagement, handling grievances and disciplinary matters in compliance with Malaysian labour laws.

Ensure HR operations, policies, and practices meet legal and regulatory requirements across the Group.

Lead HR digitalisation, process improvement, and data analytics to support informed management decision-making.

Design and implement learning and development programmes to build leadership capability and critical skills.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related discipline.

10–15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.

Strong command of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices.

Experience in financial services, capital markets, or other regulated industries is advantageous.

Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, balance strategy with execution, and operate with high attention to detail.
