Job Description
- Develop and execute the trade credit partnership strategy in Thailand, aligned with medium- and long-term business objectives.
- Clearly define go-to-market approach and ensure disciplined execution.
- Lead and manage partnership channels to deliver revenue growth and performance targets.
- Drive incremental revenue through new and existing partners.
- Provide regular progress updates, pipeline visibility, and accurate sales forecasts.
- Collaborate closely with internal commercial teams to support product adaptation and enhancements for the Thai market.
- Build market presence through industry events, associations, and partner engagements.
- Work with regional and global stakeholders to develop account plans and partnership go-to-market strategies.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline with strong CRM discipline and reporting hygiene.
- Establish regular engagement cadence with regional teams and partners to ensure revenue commitments are met or exceeded.
- Represent trade credit solutions at external partner events, working with marketing to deliver impactful market messaging.
- Ensure partners are effectively trained and enabled to sell trade credit propositions in Thailand.
- Ensure accuracy and reliability in sales forecasting and revenue reporting.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; MBA is an advantage
- 5-10 years of experience in partnership or channel sales, preferably within financial services, insurance, or B2B solutions.
- Proven experience in developing new products, markets, or client segments.
- Experience in co-creating value propositions with partners.
- Strong networking, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers confidently.
