Job Description

Lead and supervise audit, advisory, and special investigation assignments, providing direction on risk assessment, control identification, and audit program development.

Develop and execute the annual audit plan aligned with the Company’s business strategy and priorities, incorporating input from the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).

Communicate audit findings and practical recommendations to the Chief Internal Auditor (CIA) and ELT, and finalize audit reports with clear issue articulation and well-supported audit ratings.

Oversee end-to-end audit project management to ensure timely delivery and adherence to Internal Audit (IA) quality standards.

Guide audit teams in leveraging data analytics to enhance audit scoping, testing efficiency, and insight generation.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen audit methodologies, processes, and overall departmental effectiveness.

Maintain and deepen technical expertise in audit practices, regulatory requirements, and insurance industry developments.

Build and develop a high-performing audit team through effective recruitment, coaching, performance management, and ongoing staff development.

Ensure audit activities remain compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and evolving industry requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Certification
- Professional Certification such as CIA, CISA, CPA, ACCA, ICAEW is preferable.
- At least 9-12 years working experience; preferably in external audit / governance roles.
- In IT Audit roles for at least 4-5 years
