Job Description

Analyze production, plant, and operational data (output, yield, downtime, scrap, OEE, inventory turns) to support factory performance and cost control.

Monitor manufacturing KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for plant management and regional stakeholders.

Support production planning and capacity analysis, identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.

Work closely with Plant, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to drive process optimization and lean initiatives.

Assist in root cause analysis for production variances, quality issues, and operational disruptions.

Support cost analysis related to manufacturing variances, labor efficiency, material usage, and overhead absorption.
Job Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field.

2–5 years experience in manufacturing operations or production analysis.
-
Strong Excel/ERP skills and ability to analyze data and report insights.
-
Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive, with good communication skills.
-
Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma is a plus.
