Job Description
Scientific Engagement & KOL Management
-
Establish and maintain strong scientific relationships with KOLs, investigators, and healthcare professionals

Deliver high-quality, balanced scientific discussions on disease states, products, and emerging data
-
Identify insights from the field and communicate them effectively to internal stakeholders
Medical Strategy & Execution
-
Support the development and execution of the local medical affairs plan aligned with global and regional strategy
-
Provide medical input for internal cross-functional teams (Marketing, Market Access, Sales, Regulatory)
-
Support advisory boards, medical education programs, and scientific meetings
Clinical & Research Support
-
Support clinical trials, investigator-initiated studies (IIS), and real-world evidence initiatives
-
Facilitate site identification, study feasibility, and investigator engagement
-
Ensure scientific exchange is compliant with company and regulatory standards
Medical Information & Training
-
Respond to unsolicited medical inquiries with accurate, timely, and compliant information
-
Provide medical training to internal teams as required
-
Maintain high scientific knowledge through continuous learning
Job Requirements
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (BPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
Experience
-
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Medical Affairs, MSL, or related roles (depending on seniority)

Strong understanding of clinical research, evidence generation, and medical compliance
Skills & Competencies

Excellent scientific communication and presentation skills

Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capability
-
Ability to work independently in a field-based role

Strategic thinking with strong execution mindset

Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written)
