Job Description

Scientific Engagement & KOL Management

  • Establish and maintain strong scientific relationships with KOLs, investigators, and healthcare professionals

  • Deliver high-quality, balanced scientific discussions on disease states, products, and emerging data

  • Identify insights from the field and communicate them effectively to internal stakeholders

Medical Strategy & Execution

  • Support the development and execution of the local medical affairs plan aligned with global and regional strategy

  • Provide medical input for internal cross-functional teams (Marketing, Market Access, Sales, Regulatory)

  • Support advisory boards, medical education programs, and scientific meetings

Clinical & Research Support

  • Support clinical trials, investigator-initiated studies (IIS), and real-world evidence initiatives

  • Facilitate site identification, study feasibility, and investigator engagement

  • Ensure scientific exchange is compliant with company and regulatory standards

Medical Information & Training

  • Respond to unsolicited medical inquiries with accurate, timely, and compliant information

  • Provide medical training to internal teams as required

  • Maintain high scientific knowledge through continuous learning


Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (BPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)

Experience

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Medical Affairs, MSL, or related roles (depending on seniority)

  • Strong understanding of clinical research, evidence generation, and medical compliance

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent scientific communication and presentation skills

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capability

  • Ability to work independently in a field-based role

  • Strategic thinking with strong execution mindset

  • Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written)
