Job Description

  • Ensure confidentiality of company information and compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) standards.

  • Oversee end-to-end sales operations and order management within the automotive industry, including delivery planning, scheduling, and follow-up to ensure timely customer fulfillment.

  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to manage pricing, delivery, and operational matters in a dynamic automotive business environment.

  • Manage and maintain accurate product, pricing, and seasonal data in the system (Winline/CoC), including new item creation.

  • Review and negotiate SCP (Sales/Performance Assessment Reports) and consolidate monthly buy plans for internal and external alignment.

  • Provide training and guidance to team members on new automotive products, seasonal updates, system enhancements, and pricing processes.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.

  • More than 7 years of relevant working experience.

  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong leadership capability.
