Job Description

  • Support the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns for consumers and healthcare professionals (HCPs), including annual planning, KPI setting, and performance tracking.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to generate insights that support product positioning, brand differentiation, and growth opportunities.

  • Assist in product launches, scientific events, and educational initiatives, including preparation and localization of marketing materials while ensuring full compliance with internal policies and local regulations (non-sales function).

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, PR, Digital, Regulatory, and regional/global teams, as well as external vendors and agencies, to ensure aligned and effective brand execution.

  • Monitor campaign performance, ROI metrics, and marketing effectiveness; prepare reports and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous optimization.

  • Support marketing budget monitoring, cost evaluation, and ensure activities remain within approved financial governance standards.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably from an aesthetic product company serving professional aesthetic clinics or doctors.

  • Strong English proficiency (written and spoken), as English is used in daily communication.

  • Experience in digital marketing is an advantage.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Mature, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
