Job Description

Develop and execute a comprehensive TikTok KOL strategy aligned with brand objectives, market trends, and target audience insights in Indonesia.

Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with relevant TikTok influencers (top-tier and micro), ensuring strong brand alignment and long-term partnerships.

Oversee end-to-end influencer campaign execution, including briefing, content direction, approval process, publishing, and performance evaluation.

Negotiate contracts, partnerships, and compensation terms with influencers and agencies while collaborating with internal teams (Creative, PR, Marketing) for integrated campaign execution.

Monitor campaign performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI), generate performance reports, and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.

Analyze market trends and competitor influencer strategies to continuously refine campaign effectiveness and strengthen brand positioning on TikTok.
Job Requirements

Proven experience in influencer marketing or KOL management, particularly within the TikTok ecosystem in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.

Strong understanding of TikTok trends, algorithm, content formats, and platform best practices.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Creative and strategic mindset with the ability to develop engaging and potentially viral campaign ideas.

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
