Job Description

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive TikTok KOL strategy aligned with brand objectives, market trends, and target audience insights in Indonesia.

  • Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with relevant TikTok influencers (top-tier and micro), ensuring strong brand alignment and long-term partnerships.

  • Oversee end-to-end influencer campaign execution, including briefing, content direction, approval process, publishing, and performance evaluation.

  • Negotiate contracts, partnerships, and compensation terms with influencers and agencies while collaborating with internal teams (Creative, PR, Marketing) for integrated campaign execution.

  • Monitor campaign performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI), generate performance reports, and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor influencer strategies to continuously refine campaign effectiveness and strengthen brand positioning on TikTok.


Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing or KOL management, particularly within the TikTok ecosystem in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.

  • Strong understanding of TikTok trends, algorithm, content formats, and platform best practices.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Creative and strategic mindset with the ability to develop engaging and potentially viral campaign ideas.

  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
