Job Description

  • Develop and execute TikTok content growth strategies for the luggage brand, enhancing content quality, consistency, and engagement to drive exposure and GMV performance.

  • Plan and manage daily and campaign-related content aligned with platform trends, user behavior, and marketing objectives to ensure steady account and video growth.

  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, track progress against targets, and identify trending topics within the industry and platform to optimize strategy.

  • Lead the production of localized and original content for the Indonesia TikTok account, including shooting and editing short-form videos.

  • Collaborate with the live streaming operations team to create highlight content and repurpose high-performing live materials to maximize engagement and conversion.


Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in TikTok or Instagram short video content operations and production.

  • Fluent in spoken English.

  • Strong creative planning and content development skills in short-form video production, including shooting (camera/mobile) and editing tools such as PR and CapCut.

  • Proficient in understanding of TikTok’s content ecosystem, traffic distribution mechanisms, and performance metrics, with the ability to analyze data and continuously optimize strategy.
