Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and optimise digital & marketing science models to improve client performance.
  • Conduct statistical analysis to validate business hypotheses (Regression, ANOVA, correlation, etc.).
  • Build machine learning and deep learning models (recommendation, prediction, market mix, market response modelling).
  • Translate complex datasets into business insights for product, marketing, and sales strategies.
  • Lead data acquisition, data mart design, and BI development (API integration, data crawling, dashboard implementation).
  • Collaborate with consultants and client executives to drive digital transformation projects.

Job Requirements

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields. 
  • Proven expertise in data preprocessing and advanced statistical/ML modelling.
  • Proficiency in SQL (advanced), Python (advanced); R is a plus. • Experience with external data collection, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI), and dashboard development.
  • Background in retail, commerce, consumer goods, or manufacturing industries preferred.
