Key Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with the CEO and CFO on strategic planning, financial initiatives, and investor relations
  • Drive cross-functional coordination and special project execution across teams
  • Prepare high-quality executive materials, board updates, and strategic recommendations
  • Support business development activities and external stakeholder management
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, bridging leadership priorities with day-to-day operations

Job Requirements

Requirement

  • 3–5 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, investment banking, or equivalent high-impact roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to distil complex information into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Business-level Korean proficiency (required for regular communication with CEO and senior leadership)
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-moving, early-stage startup environment with U.S. work authorisation required (New York preferred)
