The Head of Sales, Semiconductor, SEA region will spearhead our commercial efforts within Indonesia's dynamic semiconductor market.

  • This role requires driving revenue growth through strategic sales leadership, focusing on semiconductor and pure chemical technology solutions.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, implement market penetration strategies, and secure new clients in key industrial and manufacturing hubs.
  • Oversee sales structuring, negotiations, and regulatory compliance in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, chemical suppliers, and government-linked bodies is critical to accelerate business growth.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, monitor market intelligence and policy changes, and supervise proposal and tender management to guarantee competitive, profitable bids.
  • This position demands a proactive leader capable of navigating Indonesia's semiconductor and chemical sectors to deliver impactful commercial results.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields; MBA preferred.
  2. Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the semiconductor or chemical industries, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  3. Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets in the Indonesian semiconductor market.
  4. Strong team management skills with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate sales professionals.
  5. In-depth understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, chemical technologies, and related safety and compliance standards in Indonesia.
  6. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage complex contracts and client relationships.
  7. Experience establishing strategic partnerships and alliances within the semiconductor ecosystem.
  8. Ability to analyze market intelligence, regulatory trends, and competitor activity to adapt sales strategies effectively.
  9. Proven experience in managing proposals, tenders, and financial models for profitable commercial outcomes.
  10. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia preferred.
  11. Willingness to travel frequently within the SEA region, particularly Indonesia.
