  • Provide exceptional, personalized client experiences through both in-boutique and virtual engagements
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients through consistent clienteling, styling guidance, and thoughtful follow-ups
  • Proactively develop and expand your client portfolio through referrals, outreach, and participation in brand-led events
  • Demonstrate strong product expertise to confidently guide clients, recommend pieces, and identify opportunities for upselling
  • Support boutique presentation and operations, including visual merchandising, while offering mentorship to junior team members when required
