About the Role

  • Standalone HR role with full ownership across all HR functions

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted HR advisor to management and line managers across all levels of the plant.

  • Drive workforce planning, manpower requirements, and end-to-end recruitment for all positions.

  • Oversee onboarding, employee development programs, and performance management (KPI setting & evaluations).

  • Manage payroll processing, OT, incentives, compensation structures, and benefits programs.

  • Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and internal conflict resolution.

  • Ensure full compliance with Thai labor laws, factory regulations, and company HR policies.

  • Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and liaise with government authorities (SSO, DOL).

  • Coordinate and maintain ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 requirements related to HR, including audits and corrective actions.

  • Serve as an Internal Auditor for quality and environmental management systems.

  • Support employee welfare initiatives, safety committee participation, and workplace engagement activities.


Job Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • At least 7–10 years of comprehensive HR experience covering all HR functions.

  • Proven experience as a standalone / one-man HR in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

  • Strong knowledge of Thai labor law, HR management systems, and ISO standards.

  • Good command of English; proficient in computer applications and HRIS systems.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently under pressure.
