Job Description

  • Support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee records

  • Act as a communication bridge between local employees and Chinese management

  • Assist with HR policies, procedures, and compliance with Thai labor law

  • Handle basic employee relations matters and support internal communications

  • Coordinate with external vendors (payroll, recruitment, training providers)

  • Support HR reporting and documentation for management


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields

  • Thai and Intermediate English communication is needed

  • Candidates with 3-5 years of HR or admin experience, preferably from the retail / consumer goods background

  • Strong willingness to learn, detail-oriented, and well-organized

  • Good interpersonal skills and cultural adaptability

  • Comfortable working in a fast-growing, hands-on environment
