Job Description

  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, production planning, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics

  • Develop and manage factory-level supply, production, and inventory plans aligned with sales forecasts and business targets

  • Manage raw material and packaging procurement, supplier performance, and safety stock levels

  • Lead and develop supply chain teams with multiple direct reports

  • Work closely with Sales, Procurement, and Logistics teams on sales planning, S&OP, and distribution execution

  • Monitor key KPIs such as service level, inventory turnover, forecast accuracy, and cost efficiency


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related fields

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in supply chain management within FMCG / food / beverage / manufacturing environments

  • Strong hands-on experience in factory-based supply chain operations

  • Experience working with ERP / MRP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)

  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams
