Job Description
- Oversee HVAC, pressure cascade systems, effluent decontamination, autoclaves, lab gas & water systems
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
- Manage preventive & corrective maintenance for all critical M&E systems
- Maintain reliability of emergency power, chillers, fire protection & BMS
- Support annual validation, certification and regulatory audits
- Respond to system breakdowns and coordinate vendors/contractors
- Support facility upgrades, commissioning and engineering reviews
- Maintain documentation, performance logs and utilities tracking
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant M&E operations experience
- Experience in hospital, pharma, research or regulated facilities preferred
- Exposure to BSL-2/BSL-3 or containment facilities is advantageous
- Strong HVAC and BMS knowledge
- Good troubleshooting and coordination skills
