Job Description
- Lead, coach, and develop the Japan sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Drive sustainable revenue growth through both direct sales and channel management
- Personally manage key accounts and contribute individual sales performance
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with regional objectives
- Strengthen, manage, and expand distributor networks across Japan
- Identify new market opportunities and drive business development initiatives
- Monitor competitive landscape and market trends
- Collaborate closely with regional and global stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in sales leadership within industrial equipment, manufacturing, or related B2B industries
- Strong distributor/channel management experience in Japan
- Demonstrated track record of delivering revenue growth
- Hands-on sales approach with strong commercial ownership
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and performance management capabilities
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Business-level English required
