  • Lead, coach, and develop the Japan sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth through both direct sales and channel management
  • Personally manage key accounts and contribute individual sales performance

  • Strengthen, manage, and expand distributor networks across Japan

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales leadership within industrial equipment, manufacturing, or related B2B industries
  • Strong distributor/channel management experience in Japan
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering revenue growth
  • Hands-on sales approach with strong commercial ownership
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and performance management capabilities
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Business-level English required
