Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven KOL Operations Manager / Supervisor to lead and grow our TikTok influencer marketing efforts in Thailand.

This role will be responsible for building and managing a local KOL ecosystem, driving impactful influencer campaigns, and establishing strong partnerships to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and sales performance.

You will play a key role in setting up and leading the local KOL function while working closely with regional and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Influencer Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute a localized TikTok KOL strategy aligned with brand objectives and market insights
  • Plan and launch campaigns to drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversion
  • Define KPIs and ensure measurable campaign outcomes

2. KOL Sourcing & Partnership Development

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant TikTok influencers (macro & micro) in Thailand
  • Build a strong pipeline of influencers aligned with brand positioning
  • Stay updated on TikTok trends and emerging creators

3. Campaign Execution & Management

  • Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns (briefing, content creation, delivery, performance tracking)
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
  • Optimize campaign performance through continuous monitoring

4. Negotiation & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead negotiations with influencers and agencies on collaboration terms and budgets
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, PR, and creative teams
  • Ensure smooth execution and alignment across all stakeholders

5. Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Track and analyze campaign performance (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI)
  • Provide actionable insights and regular performance reports to management
  • Continuously refine strategies based on data insights

6. Community & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers
  • Foster brand advocacy and loyalty within the influencer community
  • Support community engagement initiatives to strengthen brand presence

7. Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitor activities and influencer marketing trends in Thailand
  • Identify opportunities and recommend improvements to stay competitive

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in TikTok influencer marketing / KOL management
  • Strong understanding of the TikTok ecosystem, trends, and content dynamics
  • Experience working with Thai influencers and familiarity with the local market
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Creative mindset with a strong sense of content and virality
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in Thai and English (spoken & written)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven

  • Existing network of TikTok influencers in Thailand
