Job Description
The MarCom Specialist (Korea) plays a key role as Local MarCom in supporting global, regional, and local marketing communication strategies by developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns for the Korean market.
Another part of this role is serving as a Technical Content Creator, capable of transforming complex technical information into clear, engaging, and audience-relevant stories. This includes creating articles, case studies, and application features that highlight real-world use cases, industry insights, and innovative applications of Basler’s products and solutions.
The position works in close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven planning, cohesive messaging, and consistent brand expression across all communication channels — ultimately enhancing brand visibility, campaign effectiveness, and measurable business impact.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of communication and marketing experience in an B2B Technology industry
- Strong technical communication and writing skills with the passion for writing technical information in a creative and informative way
- Proven experience in designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns is an advantage
- Strong in media communications, social media development and public relations
- Digital marketing experience preferred
- Experience working in Multinational Corporation or international organization
- Strong organizing skills with attention to details; able to efficiently undertake projects simultaneously and to approach all assignments with a marketing perspective
- Strong written and verbal communication (English & Korean) and some knowledge of Japanese/Chinese will be advantage
- Strong communication- and teamwork-skills, especially in multi-cultural teams
