Job Description
We are partnering with an investment firm to appoint a Legal Counsel to support its regional operations. This role offers strong exposure to commercial decision-making and investment-related activities within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Review, draft, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements

Oversee and strengthen the organisation’s compliance and governance framework

Provide practical, business-oriented legal advice to internal stakeholders

Support transactional work, including due diligence for investments and M&A (where applicable)
Job Requirements

Qualified lawyer with 8+ years of experience

Background in corporate / commercial law (private practice or in-house)

Experience handling contracts and compliance matters

Exposure to M&A or transactional work is advantageous

Able to operate independently and engage stakeholders effectively
