Job Description

The Customer Success Architect (Data & AI) is embedded within the global Big Tech enterprise delivery operations, responsible for delivering proactive and reactive technical services to enterprise customers across the Azure Data & AI stack. The role covers end-to-end customer engagement, including workshops, assessments, architecture advisory, and hands-on technical guidance. On-site customer presence exceeds 50% of working time.


Job Requirements

  1. Requirement:

    • L-400 hands-on proficiency: Azure SQL, SQL Server, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Databricks
    • L-300 capability: Azure Machine Learning, Cosmos DB, OpenAI, OneLake
    • L-200 competency: Agent Development, PostgreSQL, Azure Synapse
    • Minimum 5 years of customer-facing technical delivery experience
    • Strong English communication skills — written and spoken
    • Willingness to work on-site with customers 50%+ of working time

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud data platform delivery or architecture

    Preferred:

    • Microsoft certifications: DP-203, DP-600, AI-102, or equivalent
    • Prior experience in a CSA, TAM, or pre-sales engineering role
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and Purview Data Security
