Job Description

This role is part of the supply chain team and focuses on managing supplier and third-party contracts from start to finish. You will work closely with internal teams, legal, and external partners to ensure agreements are properly negotiated, compliant, and protect the company’s interests.
 
This is more than just an administrative contracts role. You will be expected to think commercially, manage stakeholders, and help drive decisions.
 

• Manage contracts from drafting and negotiation through to final signing
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, legal teams, and suppliers throughout the process
• Maintain proper contracts governance, records, and compliance standards
• Review suppliers’ financial standing and identify potential risks
• Ensure agreements are legally compliant and commercially sound


Job Requirements

• Background in legal, paralegal, or contracts management
• At least 2 years of experience handling contracts as a core responsibility
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a structured MNC environment with clear processes and standards
