Job Description

We are looking for a commercially minded and creative brand professional to lead brand communications and marketing initiatives for the SEA market, while partnering closely with regional/global stakeholders.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing strategic brand building with hands-on execution in a highly visible luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute integrated brand and marketing strategies across ATL and BTL channels

  • Localize regional and global communication initiatives to ensure strong market relevance and impact

  • Partner closely with retail, CRM, and commercial teams to drive brand visibility and client engagement

Public & Media Relations

  • Lead public relations and media planning activities across the market

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, publishers, influencers, and agencies

  • Drive quality media exposure and maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI

Events & Client Experience

  • Conceptualize and execute luxury brand events and client activations end-to-end

  • Oversee all aspects of event management including creative development, vendor management, logistics, budgeting, and on-site execution

  • Ensure all touchpoints reflect the brand’s luxury positioning and client experience standards

Digital & Campaign Management

  • Manage digital marketing initiatives and social media planning in alignment with HQ guidelines

  • Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations

  • Track, manage, and optimize A&P budgets responsibly and effectively

Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop a small team of marketing and brand professionals

  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture while remaining hands-on operationally


Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or communications within the luxury sector

  • Backgrounds from luxury fashion, beauty, jewelry, spirits, hospitality, or other premium/luxury consumer brands are highly welcomed

  • Strong public relations instincts with established media and influencer networks in Singapore

  • Demonstrated experience managing premium events and client engagement initiatives

  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills

  • Commercially aware, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced luxury environment
