Job Description
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers within Air Freight and Sea Freight business
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and existing customer relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with import/export customers, manufacturers, traders, and logistics buyers
- Achieve monthly sales, GP, and revenue targets
- Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and logistics solutions tailored to customer requirements
- Coordinate closely with operations and pricing teams to ensure smooth service execution
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand within freight forwarding industry
- Expand shipment volume and maximize long-term business opportunities
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records
Provide professional customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years of sales or business development experience within Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field preferred
- Strong experience in Air Freight and/or Sea Freight sales
- Proven hunter profile with strong new business development capability
- Existing customer network within logistics, import/export, or manufacturing sectors is highly preferred
- Good understanding of freight forwarding operations, pricing structure, and logistics market conditions
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and performance-driven environment
