Job Description

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

  2. Source and engage potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, networking activities, and various online channels.

  3. Review resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

  4. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  5. Conduct reference checks and background verifications for shortlisted candidates.

  6. Manage job advertisements and maintain accurate manual applicant tracking records to ensure updated candidate information.

  7. Provide regular recruitment updates and pipeline progress reports to hiring managers.

  8. Represent the company at career fairs and networking events to strengthen employer branding and attract talent.

  9. Facilitate onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation sessions, policy briefings, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

  10. Work closely with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment regulations.


Job Requirements

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

  2. Proficient in Chinese to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

  3. Strong academic background with a minimum CGPA of 3.2 preferred (candidates with CGPA of 3.0 and above may also be considered).
