Job Description

  • Drive Finance transformation initiatives within the Financial Services sector by developing customer-centric and digitally enabled Finance strategies, operating models, and transformation roadmaps aligned with regulatory and business objectives.
  • Lead the design and implementation of Finance operating models, governance frameworks, and end-to-end Finance processes, incorporating financial controls, accounting standards, regulatory requirements, automation solutions, and data-driven capabilities to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Support large-scale transformation and change initiatives across banking, insurance, and financial institutions through stakeholder management, training coordination, knowledge transfer, business readiness assessments, and post-implementation stabilization activities.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize Finance operations through process improvement, technology enablement, and emerging digital solutions to improve operational effectiveness, reporting capabilities, and business performance.
  • Support project delivery by managing timelines, deliverables, budgets, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful execution of Finance transformation engagements.
  • Contribute to business development activities by supporting proposal preparation, solution discussions, and client engagement initiatives within the Financial Services industry.
 
 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience within the Financial Services industry, preferably covering banking, insurance, capital markets, or asset management environments.
  • Prior exposure to Finance Transformation initiatives, including Finance operating model enhancement, process improvement, finance technology implementation, governance, or digital transformation projects, is highly preferred.
  • Candidates from consulting/advisory firms are encouraged to apply, particularly those with experience supporting Financial Services or Asset Management clients on Finance transformation engagements.
  • Strong understanding of Finance processes, controls, regulatory requirements, and operational challenges within Financial Services organizations.
  • Proven stakeholder management and project coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and client environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels
