Job responsibilities:

  • Deliver account performance by achieving sales and market share targets
  • Provide regular performance reviews, sales analysis, and project updates to management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners for mutual success
  • Drive new initiatives and projects with existing and new partners
  • Resolve issues through deep understanding of partner needs
  • Develop execution plans aligned with overall business strategy
  • Optimize results with effective budget and project management
  • Analyze sales data, competitive activities, and promotional effectiveness
  • Conduct regular partner meetings with clear outcomes and deliverables

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Management, Political Sciences, or any related fields
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • 5+ years of experience in partnership or account management (Bancassurance preferred)
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Solid understanding of the insurance industry
  • Service‑minded, open‑minded, resilient, and proactive with a “can‑do” mindset
