Job responsibilities:
- Deliver account performance by achieving sales and market share targets
- Provide regular performance reviews, sales analysis, and project updates to management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners for mutual success
- Drive new initiatives and projects with existing and new partners
- Resolve issues through deep understanding of partner needs
- Develop execution plans aligned with overall business strategy
- Optimize results with effective budget and project management
- Analyze sales data, competitive activities, and promotional effectiveness
- Conduct regular partner meetings with clear outcomes and deliverables

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Management, Political Sciences, or any related fields
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- 5+ years of experience in partnership or account management (Bancassurance preferred)
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Solid understanding of the insurance industry
- Service‑minded, open‑minded, resilient, and proactive with a “can‑do” mindset
