Job Description

  • Drive the analytics agenda by designing and deploying scalable AI solutions aligned with business priorities.
  • Build and develop the analytics team, ensuring delivery discipline, stakeholder engagement, and continuous skill growth. 
  • Embed analytics outputs into leadership forums and management routines to enable data-driven decisions.
  • Translate business requirements into insights, diagnostics, and action plans that enhance performance.
  • Partner across business and functions to ensure solutions are adopted, actionable, and linked to measurable outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in analytics, business, economics, statistics, data science, or a related field; postgraduate qualification is an advantage. 
  • Experience: 10 years of experience in analytics, business performance, strategy, consulting, or related functions; background in insurance or financial services is preferred. 
  • Skill: Exposure to AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives is an added advantage. 
  • Proven leadership skills in analytics teams and plenty of experience turning insights into business decisions and measurable results.
