Job Description

Internal Control Framework & SOPs

  • Control Design: Establish and maintain the "Internal Control Matrix" for Thailand branch, focusing on the segregation of duties and authorization limits.
  • Process Standardization: Draft and update SOPs across all departments to ensure every team member follows HQ-approved workflows.
  • Continuous Monitoring: Conduct periodic "spot-checks" on high-risk areas, such as discount approvals, commission payments, and marketing expenses.

 

Comprehensive Risk Management

  • Risk Mapping: Identify and rank local risks—including financial, reputational, and operational risks—specific to the Thai aesthetic medical device market.
  • Inventory Control: Lead the "Risk Assessment" for warehouse operations, ensuring the security and proper handling of company’s sensitive energy-based devices

 

Compliance & Governance Reporting

  • Audit Execution: Lead the internal audit cycle, investigating discrepancies, and providing actionable Remediation Plans to the management team
  • Crisis Prevention: Act as the first responder to any "Red Flag" activities, conducting internal investigations and recommending corrective actions to Global HQ
  • Board Reporting: Provide quarterly risk reports to HQ, summarizing the health of Thailand’s control environment

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) is required or higher in Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related fields is an advantage
  • 8-10+ years of experience in Compliance, Corporate Governance, Internal Audit, Risk Management, or Legal & Compliance functions
  • Experience working in MNC companies, preferably within medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, aesthetics, or other highly regulated industries
  • Fluent in Thai and English, with strong business writing and presentation skills.
