Job Description

  • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Analyze variances between actual spending and budgeted forecasts to identify trends or discrepancies.

  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts by gathering data from various business units and consolidating financial models.

  • KPI Tracking: Maintain and update business dashboards. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to monitor business health.

  • Cost & Profitability Control: Analyze cost structures and margins across products, projects, or departments to find opportunities for cost optimization.

  • Process Improvement: Help streamline internal financial workflows, automate routine reporting, and improve data accuracy across our ERP and financial systems.

  • Ad-Hoc Projects: Provide financial modeling and analytical support for special projects, business cases, and strategic initiatives as needed.


Job Requirements

  • Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, auditing, or general accounting.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced Excel Skills: Mastery of formulas, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data modeling is essential.

  • Systems: Familiarity with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a major plus.

  • Financial Literacy: Solid understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and basic cost accounting principles.

Soft Skills

  • Analytical Mindset: A natural curiosity to look past the "what" in data to find the "why."

  • Communication: Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-finance managers.

  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data management and report building.
