Sales Force Management: Supervise and coach a team of Dental Sales Representatives; conduct field visits to improve team capability in product positioning and clinical messaging.

Distributor Management: Manage, evaluate, and support third-party distributors and local dealers to optimize market coverage and inventory flow.

Sales Forecasting: Analyze monthly territory sales performance and pipeline data to provide accurate rolling forecasts to senior management.

Product Launches: Collaborate with Marketing and Clinical Trainers to execute successful go-to-market strategies for new dental innovations or equipment.
Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry, Medical Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience Requirements:

Senior Sales: 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience in the medical device or dental industry.

Sales Manager: 5–8 years of experience, with at least 2+ years of direct team management or distributor management in the dental field.

Sales Director: 10+ years of medical/dental commercial experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing a substantial business unit.

Network: An established, active network of relationships with dentists, KOLs, dental clinic owners, or dental purchasing managers is highly preferred.
