Job Description
- Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada, ensuring smooth order processing, inventory accuracy, and platform performance.
- Monitor sales, campaigns, promotions, and product listings to optimize store performance and customer experience.
- Coordinate with customer service, logistics, marketing, and warehouse teams to resolve operational issues and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Analyze sales and operational data, identify trends and gaps, and recommend process improvements to drive efficiency and growth.
- Track platform KPIs, including order fulfillment, cancellation rates, stock availability, and store ratings, ensuring targets are consistently achieved.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably managing TikTok Shop, Shopee, and/or Lazada stores.
- Experience within the beauty, fashion, or FMCG industry is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of marketplace operations, campaign management, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
- Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and using e-commerce platform tools to drive operational improvements.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
