Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on and driven Finance Manager to oversee full sets accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), accounts receivable, and a major ERP/system implementation project.

This role reports directly to the CFO and will play a key leadership role in driving finance transformation and operational excellence across 10 entities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage full sets of accounts for multiple entities, ensuring timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing.
  2. Prepare management reports, financial statements, variance analyses, and other reports for CFO and senior management review.
  3. Oversee accounts receivable functions, including billing, collections, aging reviews, and credit control.
  4. Lead FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and performance analysis.
  5. Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and improve operational performance.
  6. Act as project lead for full system implementation, including planning, coordination, testing, user adoption, and go-live support.
  7. Work closely with internal stakeholders and implementation partners to ensure successful ERP/system rollout.
  8. Review and improve finance processes, internal controls, and workflow efficiency across the group.
  9. Supervise and guide a team of 4 headcounts, providing leadership, coaching, and support where required.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, statutory requirements, and audit requirements.
  11. Support ad hoc finance projects and other duties as assigned by the CFO.

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred.
  2. At least 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, with strong exposure to full sets accounting and FP&A
  3. Prior experience in system implementation or ERP project leadership is required
  4. Experience managing multiple entities or group accounts is highly preferred
  5. Strong hands-on accounting experience, with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally
  6. Solid knowledge of accounts receivable, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  7. Proven leadership experience managing a small team
  8. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management
  9. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  10. Willing to work in the North region of Singapore.
