Job Description

  • Lead the lifecycle of AI‑powered solutions, turning business pain points into product strategies, roadmaps, and delivery milestones.
  • Use AI tools as part of your workflow for market research, prototyping, and writing clear specifications for both human teams and AI agents.
  • Translate customer requirements into product definitions, PRDs, and usage guidelines.
  • Design end‑to‑end solutions integrated with client workflows, packaging successful approaches into reusable frameworks.
  • Collaborate across teams to drive prototypes, testing, pilot rollouts, and product optimization.
  • Bridge business and engineering by articulating precise requirements and ensuring alignment between technical feasibility and business outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of software product management experience with a proven track record from discovery to delivery.
  • Practical understanding of large language models — context windows, variability, and how to write effective instructions.
  • Excellent English communication skills for clear specifications and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Familiarity with AI prototyping tools (Lovable, Bolt.new, v0, Replit) is an advantage.
  • Mandarin proficiency is valued but not required; strong cross‑cultural collaboration is equally welcome.
