Job Description
- Lead system design for AI‑driven development, creating modular architectures that enable multiple AI coding agents to work in parallel without conflict.
- Build AI development infrastructure including task management, sandboxed environments, error recovery, and cleanup mechanisms.
- Design context strategies to ensure AI agents access accurate and relevant information for reliable outputs.
- Integrate enterprise APIs and databases securely, defining clear access boundaries and safeguards.
- Enhance CI/CD pipelines to validate AI‑generated code with automated checks and human review gates.
- Mentor engineers by setting coding standards, reviewing practices, and guiding maintainable AI‑friendly code.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate specifications into scalable architecture and technical solutions.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of software engineering experience with strong system design skills in backend, distributed systems, and API development.
- Proficiency in at least one backend language (Go, Python, TypeScript, or Java) and ability to read others.
- Practical understanding of large language models including token limits, context windows, and variability in outputs.
- Hands‑on experience using AI coding assistants (Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, etc.) as part of daily workflow.
- Strong English communication skills to explain technical decisions to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Mandarin proficiency is valued but not required; strong cross‑cultural collaboration is equally welcome.
