Job Description
- Drive sales performance across boutiques, hotel spas, and other retail channels.
- Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and retail teams to achieve sales and operational goals.
- Execute retail campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Monitor store performance, conduct audits, and ensure operational and visual merchandising standards.
- Analyse sales data and recommend strategies to improve business performance.
- Oversee customer experience, inventory management, and merchandising.
- Collaborate with other functions to support business initiatives and retail expansion.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Retail Management, Sales, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in retail operations or sales management, preferably in the beauty, skincare, cosmetics, luxury retail, or FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, customer service, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Proven ability to drive sales performance and lead retail teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Well-organised, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
