Job Description

  • Drive sales performance across boutiques, hotel spas, and other retail channels.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and retail teams to achieve sales and operational goals.
  • Execute retail campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
  • Monitor store performance, conduct audits, and ensure operational and visual merchandising standards.
  • Analyse sales data and recommend strategies to improve business performance.
  • Oversee customer experience, inventory management, and merchandising.
  • Collaborate with other functions to support business initiatives and retail expansion.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Retail Management, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in retail operations or sales management, preferably in the beauty, skincare, cosmetics, luxury retail, or FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, customer service, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Proven ability to drive sales performance and lead retail teams.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Well-organised, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
