HR people & culture operations include services across multiple areas in, including employee lifecycle processes, employee records maintenance, HRIS administration and various people data/statistical reports,

Establish, optimize and standardize full employee lifecycle operational workflows in compliance with legislations and monitor process accuracy & efficiency, conduct regular iteration and adjustment to simplify service delivery

Lead the implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of global and regional HR systems, digital tools, automation, and redesigned processes to improve efficiency, data quality, employee experience, and organizational capability

Perform routine compliance audits; manage employee lifecycle files with complete approvals, data accuracy and standardized archiving

Transform workforce and reward data into actionable insights for P&C and business leadership while ensuring data integrity, transparency, and effective management reporting

Overall responsibility of Compensation & Benefits across multiple counties of APAC, focusing on the design of a holistic framework of financial and non-financial rewards that reflects the organization’s strategy to attract, motivate, and retain employees including Job Grading system, Pay structure, Incentive and Retention programs, Employee Benefits

Design and implement multi-country C&B programs, policies and processes to meet the company’s objectives regarding internal equity and external market competitiveness

Analyze and evaluate external market data of multiple counties as well as internal data to shape the company’s pay strategy and local structure

Continuously evaluate incentive, retention and benefit schemes deployed across all APAC countries and markets, leveraging full compensation and benefits

Establish and maintain HR governance frameworks including regional policies, process standards, HR & authority matrix and exception management

Embed internal controls and compliance into operations, strengthen audit readiness, and conduct recurring governance activities to align practices across every local market

Set clear accountability frameworks, upskill team end-to-end functional expertise, foster cross-market knowledge sharing, and architect a unified, collaborative, high-performance regional service operating model
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Political Sciences or a related fields

A minimum of 10 years of working overall HR operational management experience, very solid payroll and benefits experience strongly preferred

Fluent MS-office Operation skills especially in Excel, PowerPoint with strong experience or knowledge of HRSS processes will be preferred

Ability to communicate with complex people, reward, operational, and transformation topics clearly and influence senior business and P&C stakeholders across local, regional, and global levels

Strong understanding of business and financial implications of people decisions, with the ability to balance competitiveness, cost, risk, and employee impact while operating effectively across diverse cultures, markets, and regulatory environments.
