Job Description

  • Prepare and issue quotations for local customers and overseas offices.
  • Coordinate with overseas offices on pricing, shipment requirements, and commercial proposals.
  • Follow up on existing sales opportunities recorded in the CRM system (myCRM).
  • Work closely with overseas sales teams to develop and convert business opportunities, even when they are managed outside the local office.
  • Maintain and update customer and opportunity information in the CRM system.
  • Liaise with internal teams (Operations, Pricing, Customer Service, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate quotation submissions.
  • Provide sales administrative support and assist with customer inquiries.
  • Monitor quotation status and proactively follow up to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports and support other sales-related activities as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales Support, Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Freight Forwarding.
  • Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with local and international stakeholders.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (experience with myCRM is an advantage).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
