Job Description

  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies across Southeast Asian markets.
  • Lead annual marketing planning, product launch strategies, and demand generation initiatives.
  • Partner with country sales teams to drive commercial performance and market expansion.
  • Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), aesthetic physicians, dermatologists, and plastic surgeons.
  • Plan and execute regional congresses, workshops, symposiums, and educational events.
  • Develop marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and digital marketing initiatives aligned with regional objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive activities, customer insights, and business performance to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Manage regional marketing budgets and ensure effective ROI on marketing investments.
  • Collaborate with global headquarters and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand positioning and execution.
  • Support distributor and local marketing teams with strategic guidance, training, and campaign implementation.
  • Monitor product performance and recommend portfolio optimization opportunities.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with local regulatory and compliance requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field. MBA is an advantage.
  • Minimum 7 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a regional Southeast Asia role.
  • Experience within medical aesthetics, aesthetic medical devices, pharmaceuticals, dermatology, or healthcare industries.
  • Proven success managing regional product launches and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of physician marketing, KOL management, and scientific marketing.
  • Experience working across multiple Southeast Asian markets through direct operations and/or distributor networks.
  • Strong analytical, commercial, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Southeast Asia.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional Southeast Asian languages are an advantage.
