Job Description
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
* Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth across branch networks.
* Oversee branch performance, revenue growth, profitability, and customer experience.
* Collaborate with Treasury and senior management on funding and liquidity strategies.
* Identify new market opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
* Lead high-performing teams while ensuring strong governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
Job Requirements
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
* Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's is an advantage).
* Minimum 12 years of experience in banking or financial services, with strong exposure to branch management and business leadership.
* Proven track record in managing multiple branches, driving profitability, and improving operational performance.
* Strong understanding of Treasury products, liquidity management, funding strategies, and banking operations.
* Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
