Job Description
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
* Lead project portfolio delivery to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Drive financial, commercial, and HSE excellence across all projects.
* Optimize resource allocation and strengthen project team capabilities.
* Improve project governance and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance
Job Requirements
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (Master's in Project Management is preferred).
* 10–15 years of experience in construction, EPC, interior, infrastructure, or property industries, including 5–8 years in a senior project leadership role.
* Proven expertise in managing large project portfolios, strategic client relationships, and complex multi-stakeholder projects.
* Strong commercial, financial, and project governance capabilities.
* Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills with experience leading large project teams.
