Job Description
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
* Lead the Legal function and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards
* Provide strategic legal advice to the Board of Directors and senior management
* Oversee the drafting and negotiation of complex commercial agreements
* Manage mining permits, regulatory compliance, and legal risk mitigation
* Develop legal policies, compliance frameworks, and SOPs to support sustainable business growth
Job Requirements
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
* Bachelor's Degree in Law (S1 Hukum); certifications in Mining Law, Compliance, or Corporate Governance are an advantage
* 10–15 years of legal experience, including leadership experience and 4–5 years in the coal mining industry
* Strong expertise in drafting and negotiating bilingual commercial agreements, including mining, EPC, hauling, barging, shipping, and supply contracts
* In-depth knowledge of Indonesian mining regulations, corporate governance, legal compliance, and dispute resolution
* Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
