Job Description
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
* Prepare and review financial statements while managing month-end and year-end closing
* Perform reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records
* Maintain compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
* Support internal and external audits by preparing financial data and documentation
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide financial analysis to support business performance
Job Requirements
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance, preferably in manufacturing
* Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written)
* Strong understanding of financial reporting, month-end closing, reconciliations, taxation, and accounting standards
* Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
